Abstract

Ushbu maqolada saraton hujayralarining metabolik xususiyatlari, jumladan, Warburg effekti, glutamin metabolizmi va lipid sintezi jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Metabolik o‘zgarishlarning saraton hujayralarining o‘sishi va yashash qobiliyatiga ta’siri, shuningdek, ushbu jarayonlarni nishonga oluvchi zamonaviy terapiya usullari batafsil tahlil qilingan.
