Abstract

Nerv tizimi gistogenezi — embrional rivojlanish davrida nerv tizimining shakllanishi va differentsiatsiyasini oʻz ichiga olgan murakkab biologik jarayon. Ushbu maqolada nerv tizimi gistogenezining asosiy bosqichlari: neyrogenez, neyron migratsiyasi, differentsiatsiya va sinapsogenez koʻrib chiqilgan. Tadqiqotlar shuni koʻrsatadiki, bu jarayonlar Wnt, Notch va SHH kabi signal yoʻllari va Pax6, Sox2 kabi transkripsion omillar tomonidan tartibga solinadi.
