Abstract
Mazkur maqolada shirinliklarning inson salomatligiga ta’siri, xususan ularning psixologik qaramlikka olib kelishi haqida so‘z yuritiladi. Muallif shirinliklarning miqdordan oshiq iste’moli qanday qilib ruhiy holatga ta’sir qilishi mumkinligini tahlil qiladi. Shu bilan birga, maqolada muvozanatli ovqatlanish, sog‘lom alternativalarni tanlash va ongli iste’mol qilish orqali salomatlikni asrash zarurligi ta’kidlanadi. Umuman olganda, maqola shirinliklardan foydalanishda ehtiyotkorlik va ongli yondashuv muhimligini uqtiradi.Yana kerak bo‘lsa, referat yoki prezentatsiya uchun qisqartmasini ham tayyorlab beraman.
