Abstract
This article explores similarities and differences in Uzbek and English phraseology, analyzing their structure, usage, and meaning. Key cultural and historical influences shaping their development are discussed, with examples illustrating cross-linguistic parallels and divergences. Insights reveal how these units encapsulate worldviews, promoting better understanding and translation between the two languages.
