Abstract
This article explores the intersection of comparative literary studies and literary translation, shedding light on the ways in which the two disciplines complement and enrich each other. By examining the role of comparative literature in shaping the practice and theory of translation, this study aims to demonstrate how a deeper understanding of cultural, linguistic, and literary contexts is essential for successful translation.
