Abstract
Muvaffaqiyatli ayol tadbirkorlar ish o‘rinlari yaratishi, soliq to‘lashi, innovatsiyalarni joriy etishi va barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishga hissa qo‘shishi yaqqol namoyon bo‘lmoqda. Tadbirkorlarning yangi g‘oyalari raqobat mavjud firmalarni yanada raqobatbardosh bo‘lishga undaydi.
O‘zbekiston hukumati va turli tashkilotlarda ayollar tadbirkorligini rivojlantirish uchun ajratilgan mablag‘lar va ishlab chiqilgan strategiyalar mavjud. Bundan tashqari, ayollar boshqaruvidagi tadbirkorlik korxonalari o‘z jamoalariga ko‘proq sarmoya kiritib, ijtimoiy farovonlik va barqarorlikka hissa qo‘shadilar.
