Abstract
Zamonaviy ishbilarmonlik muhitida sun’iy intellekt (SI) inson resurslarini boshqarish (HRM) sohasida keng qo’llanilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellektning HRM jarayonlarida rekrutment, xodimlar samaradorligini baholash, kadrlar oqimini oldindan bashorat qilish kabi bir qator vazifalarni bajarish roli yoritilgan.
