Women empowerment and leadership have become critical areas of focus globally, especially as youth are increasingly recognized as vital agents of social change. The involvement of young women in leadership roles not only promotes gender equality but also contributes significantly to the development of communities. This paper explores the multifaceted dimensions of women’s empowerment and leadership, with a particular emphasis on the role of youth in driving social transformation. It proposes innovative strategies for encouraging young women’s active participation in leadership, with a focus on education, technology, and community involvement.
