Abstract
Maqolada bo’lajak pedagoglarda kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishda kriterial-diagnostik baholash va individual rivojlantirish tizimining nazariy-metodologik asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Kompetensiya tushunchasining zamonaviy talqinlari, kriterial va diagnostik baholashning mohiyati, formativ fikr-mulohaza hamda o’z-o’zini boshqarish haqidagi xalqaro tadqiqotlar sintez qilinadi. Mavjud nazariyalarga tayanib, diagnostika, kriterial baholash va individual rivojlantirishni yagona tsiklga birlashtiruvchi konseptual model taklif etiladi. Model empirik tekshiruvni talab qiluvchi nazariy konstruksiya ekanligi alohida ta’kidlanadi.
