Abstract
Mazkur maqolada qurilish xizmatlarini ko‘rsatuvchi korxonalarda samaradorlikni baholashning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Qurilish korxonalarining iqtisodiy faoliyatini baholashda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy metodlar, jumladan, iqtisodiy tahlil, moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlar, KPI (Key Performance Indicators), benchmarking, DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) va balanslashgan ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi (Balanced Scorecard)ning afzalliklari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida qurilish xizmatlari samaradorligini kompleks baholash korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va boshqaruv qarorlarini takomillashtirishga xizmat qilishi asoslab berilgan.
