Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli ta’lim sharoitida o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Global raqamli transformatsiya ta’lim tizimining mazmuni, tashkiliy shakllari va metodologik asoslarini tubdan o‘zgartirib, o‘qituvchidan yangi turdagi kasbiy kompetensiyalarni egallashni talab etmoqda. Maqolada raqamli pedagogika, blended learning (aralash ta’lim), flipped classroom (teskari sinf) modeli hamda sun’iy intellektga asoslangan ta’lim texnologiyalarining o‘qituvchi kasbiy rivojlanishiga ta’siri ilmiy-nazariy asosda yoritiladi. Shuningdek, o‘qituvchining raqamli savodxonligi, innovatsion fikrlashi, data literacy ko‘nikmalari va uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish (lifelong learning) jarayonidagi o‘rni alohida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli ta’lim muhitida o‘qituvchi rolining o‘zgarib, u bilim beruvchidan ko‘ra ko‘proq fasilitator, raqamli resurs yaratuvchi va o‘quv jarayonini boshqaruvchi mutaxassisga aylanganini ko‘rsatadi.
