Abstract

This article analyses the role of the teacher, pedagogical skill, and the importance of innovative technologies in the educational process within the modern education system. In the current era of globalisation, new challenges are being set before the education system. This, in turn, requires teachers not only to possess in-depth knowledge but also to apply modern pedagogical methods, make effective use of information and communication technologies, and foster the individual abilities of pupils. The article discusses the teacher’s spiritual and educational activities, the effectiveness of interactive methods, and innovative approaches to improving the quality of education. Furthermore, the professional competence of the modern educator and their role in the upbringing of the younger generation are extensively covered.
