Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ta’lim tashkilotlarini innovatsion boshqarishda rahbar faoliyatining o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Unda zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida innovatsion yondashuvlarning zarurligi, boshqaruv jarayonida rahbarning strategik fikrlashi, liderlik kompetensiyalari va tashabbuskorligi muhim omil sifatida asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, rahbarning pedagogik innovatsiyalarni joriy etish, jamoani samarali boshqarish hamda ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi roli yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, innovatsion boshqaruvni samarali tashkil etish rahbarning kasbiy malakasi va zamonaviy boshqaruv kompetensiyalariga bevosita bog‘liq ekanligi aniqlanadi.
