Abstract
Maqolada Toshkent shahridagi 40-sonli avtobus yo‘nalishi misolida jamoat transporti xizmat sifati va undan foydalanish imkoniyatlari so‘rovnoma asosida baholangan. Tadqiqotda xizmat xavfsizligi, muntazamlik, tezlik, qulaylik, ishonchlilik, xodimlar madaniyati, narxning maqbulligi, ekologik holat, intellektual tizimlar va almashinuvchanlik ko‘rsatkichlari bo‘yicha ko‘rsatkichlar tahlil qilingan. Olingan natijalar asosida jamoat transporti xizmatlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tegishli xulosalar va takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
