Abstract

Inclusive education in higher education is aimed at ensuring equal access to learning opportunities for all students, including those with physical, intellectual, social, and cultural differences. Despite its growing importance and global recognition, the implementation of inclusive education faces several challenges. These include insufficient teacher training, lack of accessible infrastructure, persistent cultural stereotypes, and the absence of individualized learning approaches. The study analyzes these key problems and proposes possible solutions, such as professional development programs for educators, modernization of university facilities, reduction of social barriers, and the development of individualized educational plans. It is concluded that effective implementation of inclusive education requires a comprehensive approach involving institutional, pedagogical, and social changes.
