Abstract
Mazkur tezisda ommaviy axborot vositalarining (OAV) auditoriyaga ko‘rsatadigan manipulativ ta’siri va uning zamonaviy raqamli muhitdagi ko‘rinishlari kompleks tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda manipulyatsiya tushunchasining nazariy asoslari, asosiy uslublari hamda klassik va raqamli OAV o‘rtasidagi printsipial farqlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, “soxta yangiliklar” (fake news), “filtr pufaklari” (filter bubbles), deepfake texnologiyalari va algoritmik manipulyatsiya kabi zamonaviy hodisalar tizimli ravishda o‘rganib chiqilgan. Tezisda OAVning manipulativ ta’siriga qarshi turish bo‘yicha media-savodxonlikni oshirish, mustaqil tahririyat institutlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlash va raqamli muhitda yangi huquqiy normalarni joriy etish bo‘yicha takliflar bayon etilgan.
