Abstract
Maqolada uy-joy fuqaro binolarida energiya auditini standartlashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Binolar sektori global energiya iste’molining muhim qismini tashkil etishi sababli energiya auditini tizimli joriy etish dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro standartlar, jumladan ISO 50001 va EN 16247 talablari o‘rganilib, ularni milliy sharoitga moslashtirish yo‘nalishlari ishlab chiqildi. Natijada energiya auditini texnik, tashkiliy va normativ darajada standartlashtirish modeli taklif etildi. Tadqiqot natijalari binolarda energiya samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi yagona metodologik bazani yaratishga yordam beradi.
