Abstract
Ushbu maqolada globallashuv sharoitida xorijiy tillarni o‘rganishning ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va kognitiv ahamiyati tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot davomida chet tillarini bilishning zamonaviy kadrlar raqobatbardoshligiga ta’siri va mamlakat intellektual salohiyatini yuksaltirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining ta’lim sohasidagi islohotlari va chet tillarini o‘rganishni ommalashtirish bo‘yicha ilgari surgan tashabbuslari maqolaning nazariy asosini tashkil etadi. Shuningdek, maqolada til o‘rganishning inson dunyoqarashini kengaytirish hamda xalqaro axborot maydonidan erkin foydalanish imkoniyatlari statistik ma’lumotlar asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqot yakunida xorijiy tillarni o‘qitish tizimini yanada takomillashtirish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar keltirilgan.
