Abstract
Stress va stress bilan bog'liq surunkali kasalliklar butun dunyo bo'ylab ko'payib bormoqda, shu bilan birga ruhiy salomatlik xizmatlaridan foydalanish imkoniyati cheklangan. So'nggi neyrofiziologik yutuqlar stressni boshqarish uchun gipnozning samaradorligi va xavfsizligini qo'llab-quvvatlaydi. Ushbu retrospektiv kuzatuv tadqiqotida biz 236 nafar talabada 10 balli Likert shkalasi asosida tadqiqot ishlarini olib bordik. Respondentlar tadqiqotdan oldingi va keying kuzatuvlar turli tafovutli ko’rsatkichkalarni namoyon qildi. Respondentning yoshi, jinsi va a'zoligining ta'siri baholandi. Dastlabki 5 tahlilning har birida stressdan oldingi pasayish izchil ravishda sodir bo'ldi (Koenning d qiymatlari -0,71 dan -0,78 gacha), bu stressni boshqarishda sezilarli yaxshilanishni ko'rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari gipnozning raqamli formulalarining keng tarqalganligi stressni kamaytirishga sezilarli darajada hissa qo'shishini isbotlaydi.
