Abstract
Ushbu maqola oziq-ovqatdan zaharlanish va ularning yuqumli kasalliklari haqida umumiy malumot beradi. Maqolada oziq-ovqat orqali yuqadigan asosiy patogenlar – Salmonella (salmonellyoz), Clostridium botulinum (botulism), Proteus turlari (protey) va Staphlococcus aureus (stafilokokk) ning etiologiyasi, klinik belgilari, inkubatsiya davri, tashxis usullari va davolash tamoyillari yoritaladi. Shuningdek, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi, profilaktika choralari (gigiyena, saqlash va qayta ishlash qoidalari), epidemiyologik nazorat va kasalliklarni oldini olish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
