Abstract

B12 vitamini yetishmovchiligi anemiyasi megaloblastik anemiyalar guruhiga kirib, DNK sintezining buzilishi natijasida rivojlanadi. Mazkur maqolada kobalamin metabolizmi, gematologik o‘zgarishlarning patofiziologik mexanizmlari hamda nevrologik asoratlarning rivojlanish sabablari adabiyotlar tahlili asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Sog‘liqni saqlash vazirligi va respublika ixtisoslashtirilgan gematologiya markazlarining ochiq ma'lumotlari asosida respublikada B12 tanqisligi anemiyasining uchrash darajasi, mintaqaviy xususiyatlari va xavf guruhlari tahlil qilingan. B12 tanqisligi suyak iligida megaloblastoz, periferik qonda makrotsitoz va gipersegmentlangan neytrofillar paydo bo‘lishiga olib keladi. Bundan tashqari, metilmalon kislotasi (MMK) to‘planishi va mielin sintezining buzilishi natijasida orqa miyaning orqa va yon ustunlarida o‘tkir osti kombinatsiyalashgan degeneratsiya rivojlanadi.
