Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of the rapid acceleration of digital transformation, the expansion of mass media and the Internet on the social consciousness of humanity against the backdrop of globalization. In particular, the impact of modern technologies on the lives, thinking, and social activity of young people is studied in detail. The article analyzes the positive and negative aspects of technological progress, its psychological, social, and moral consequences on a scientific basis, and draws conclusions.
