Abstract
This article covers the issues of effective organization of educational processes, elimination and prevention of shortcomings that arise during them. It is also substantiated that education and upbringing are inextricably linked concepts. The article focuses on the psychologically correct organization of educational processes in the family and at school, the effective use of interactive methods by teachers in teaching processes, the adaptation of young people to the conditions of the social environment, and upbringing in the social environment. In addition, the processes of training modern educational personnel, improving their professional skills, and training at the level of modern requirements are also analyzed in detail.
