Abstract
Ushbu maqolada turizm sohasida gender tengligi, ayollarning faol ishtiroki va ularning iqtisodiy mustahkamlashidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Turizm sektori ayollar uchun ish o‘rinlari yaratish, ularning iqtisodiy mustaqilligini oshirish va ijtimoiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash imkoniyatlarini beradi. Shu bilan birga, maqolada ayollar ishtirokini cheklovchi omillar, gender asosidagi farqlar, ish sharoitlari va karerani rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola turizm sohasida gender tengligini ta’minlash strategiyalari, siyosiy va ijtimoiy yondashuvlar orqali ayollarni iqtisodiy mustahkamlash imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi.
