Abstract
Qandli diabet va semizlik — global sog‘liqni saqlash tizimiga jiddiy xavf solayotgan ikki asosiy muammo hisoblanadi. Semizlik organizmda ortiqcha yog‘ to‘planishi bilan xarakterlanib, insulinga nisbatan qarshilikni kuchaytiradi va 2-tur qandli diabet rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Ushbu maqolada qandli diabetning oldini olishdagi semizlikning roli, uning profilaktikasi uchun samarali usullar, shu jumladan sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish, ovqatlanish va jismoniy faollik muhimligi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, aholining qandli diabet va semizlik bo‘yicha xabardorligini oshirish, sog‘lom hayot tarzini targ‘ib qilish orqali kasalliklarni oldini olish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola dunyo sog‘liqni saqlash tashkilotlari tavsiyalari asosida profilaktika strategiyalarini taklif etadi.
