Abstract

Immun tizimi inson organizmini turli yuqumli va noinfeksion kasalliklardan himoya qiluvchi murakkab va muhim biologik tizimdir. Uning normal faoliyat yuritishi sog‘lom hayot kechirish, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, yetarli dam olish va ruhiy barqarorlik bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Ushbu maqolada immun tizimini tabiiy yo‘l bilan kuchaytirish usullari, sog‘lom turmush tarzining immunitetga ijobiy ta’siri hamda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining immun tizimidagi roli yoritib berilgan. Tadqiqotlar va amaliy tavsiyalar asosida immunitetni mustahkamlash bo‘yicha foydali maslahatlar beriladi.
