Abstract
Mazkur maqolada kichik va o‘rta biznes (KOB) faoliyatini kengaytirish uchun xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilish zarurati, mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Muallif xorijiy investitsiyalarni KOB sohasiga yo‘naltirish orqali iqtisodiyotni diversifikatsiyalash, zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy etish va yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish imkoniyatlarini asoslab bergan. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajriba va O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos takliflar orqali investitsion muhitni yaxshilash, soliq va bojxona preferensiyalari, texnoparklar va davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida jozibador infratuzilma yaratish kabi yechimlar taklif etilgan. Maqola ilmiy-amaliy jihatdan dolzarb bo‘lib, siyosatchilar, iqtisodchilar va tadbirkorlar uchun foydali tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
