Abstract
Mazkur maqolada rahbar kadrlar faoliyatining hozirgi holati, ularning boshqaruv jarayonidagi o‘rni va roli tahlil qilinadi. Unda rahbarlarning samarali faoliyat olib borishlariga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan asosiy muammolar aniqlanib, ularning kelib chiqish sabablari o‘rganiladi. Muammolarni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ularning nazariy va amaliy ahamiyati yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy menejment yondashuvlari asosida rahbar kadrlar faoliyatini takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
