Abstract
Mazkur maqolada oilada sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishga qaratilgan psixologik yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Kognitiv, rivojlantiruvchi va motivatsion yondashuvlar asosida trening mashg‘ulotlarining samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, trening dasturining bosqichlari va ularning oiladagi psixologik muhitni yaxshilashdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Trening natijalarida respondentlarning hissiy holati me'yorga kelishi, stressga bardoshlilik va sog‘lom turmush tarzini qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish qobiliyatlari oshgani qayd etilgan.
