Abstract

Teri onkologik kasalliklari zamonaviy tibbiyotning dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lib, ularning erta aniqlanishi bemorlarning yashash prognozi va hayot sifatini sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi. Ushbu maqolada teri saratonining etiologik omillari, klinik kechishi hamda erta diagnostika usullarining samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ultrabinafsha nurlanishning uzoq muddatli ta’siri, genetik mutatsiyalar, immun tizimning susayishi va kimyoviy kanserogenlar teri o‘smalarining asosiy sabablaridan hisoblanadi. Klinik jihatdan melanoma, bazal hujayrali va yassi hujayrali karsinomalar eng ko‘p uchraydi. Erta diagnostika usullari orasida dermatoskopiya, biopsiya, konfokal mikroskopiya va raqamli tasvirlash texnologiyalari yuqori sezgirlikka ega ekanligi aniqlangan. Statistik ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, erta bosqichda aniqlangan melanoma bemorlarida 5 yillik yashash darajasi 90–95 foizni tashkil etsa, kech bosqichlarda bu ko‘rsatkich keskin kamayadi. Shuningdek, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi diagnostik tizimlar so‘nggi yillarda aniqlikni 15–20 foizga oshirgani qayd etilgan.
