Abstract
Ushbu maqola ijtimoiy tarmoqlarni talabalarning akademik faoliyatiga ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlar muloqot, hamkorlik va ijodiy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirishda muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Shu bilan birga, doimiy bildirishnomalar va tezkor kontent diqqatni bo‘lishi, o‘qish samaradorligining pasayishiga olib keladi. Psixologik va pedagogik yondashuvlar, jumladan kognitiv yuklama nazariyasi, raqamli muhitda samarali o‘qish imkonini beradi.
