Abstract

ushbu maqolada tashkilotlarida inson resurslari faoliyatini baholash uchun sun’iy intellekt algoritmlariga mos ma’lumotlar bazasi modeli taklif etiladi. Inson resurslarining ish samaradorligini baholashda va ma’lumotlarga asoslanishi va uni big data yondashuvlariga tayangan holda konseptual jadval hamda ular asosida denormalizatsiyalangan xodim samaradorligini baholashdagi ma’lumotlar bazasi loyihalandi. ER-diagramma va kalit maydonlar orqali xodim, lavozim, bo‘lim, filial va samaradorlik omillari o‘rtasidagi bog‘lanishlar aniqlanib, SI modellarini o‘qitish uchun yagona axborot manbai shakllantirildi.
