Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of legal education for young people in the context of the massive flow of information emerging in the era of globalization, as well as its role in the modern digital environment. It is substantiated that in conditions of increasing digitalization, developing digital culture and digital competencies among students is a crucial factor for effectively mastering legal knowledge. The article highlights components of digital culture—such as digital competence, information culture, digital communication culture, and the formation of lawful behavior. It also emphasizes that the use of digital tools (Google, Classroom, Quizizz, Kahoot!, and others) significantly enhances the effectiveness of the process of acquiring legal knowledge. It is noted that integrating digital culture into legal education fosters students’ critical thinking, strengthens their understanding of rights and responsibilities, and improves their ability to consciously apply laws and regulations in the online environment.
