Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda deontologik kompetentlikni rivojlantirish mexanizmlari tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilingan. Aksiologik-motivatsion, kognitiv-transformatsion, refleksiv-regulyativ va integrativ-kommunikativ mexanizmlar kasbiy axloqiy kompetentlikni shakllantirishda o‘zaro bog‘liq holda faoliyat ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, deontologik kompetentlikning rivojlantirilishi pedagogik jarayonning axloqiy, madaniy va kommunikativ jihatlariga uyg‘unlikda yondashishni talab etadi (Bondarevskaya, 2000).
