Abstract
Mazkur tezisda hiqildoq sarkomalarini differensial tashxislashda immunogistokimyoviy tekshiruvning ahamiyati, diagnostik panelni shakllantirish tamoyillari hamda sitokeratinlar, p40, p63, desmin, myogenin, MyoD1, SMA, h-caldesmon, S100, SOX10 va TLE1 kabi markerlarning diagnostik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. Immunogistokimyoviy natijalarni o‘smaning morfologik xususiyatlari va zarur hollarda molekulyar-genetik tadqiqotlar bilan kompleks baholash hiqildoq sarkomalarining aniq gistogenetik turini belgilashda muhim ekanligi asoslandi.
