Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli diplomatiyaning zamonaviy xalqaro munosabatlar tizimidagi o‘rni, ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning geosiyosiy ta’sir vositasiga aylanishi hamda axborot urushlari sharoitida davlatlar tashqi siyosatining transformatsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda soft power, raqamli diplomatiya, platform geopolitics va computational propaganda kabi zamonaviy konsepsiyalar asosida nazariy va amaliy yondashuvlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston tashqi siyosatida raqamli kommunikatsiya jarayonlarining rivojlanishi ham ilmiy tahlil qilinadi.
