Abstract
This article provides a theoretical and methodological basis for the significance of emotional intelligence and moral motivation as interrelated psychological factors in an individual's process of professional and social self-awareness. The article analyzes emotional intelligence as a crucial personal resource that enables an individual to recognize and regulate their emotional state, adequately perceive the emotional experiences of others, and maintain constructive communication in interpersonal relationships.
