Abstract
Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy elektromexanik tizimlarda qo‘llaniladigan quvvatli elektron kalitlar (IGBT va MOSFET) va ularni boshqarish uchun mo‘ljallangan drayver sxemalarining ishlash prinsiplari tahlil qilingan. Tizimning foydali ish koeffitsientini oshirish va kommutatsiya jarayonidagi energiya isroflarini kamaytirish usullari bo‘yicha ilmiy takliflar berilgan.
