Abstract

This paper examines the features of the formation and development of IT terminology in the Korean and Uzbek languages. It analyzes the processes of borrowing, adaptation, and localization of information technology terms. The study identifies differences in the linguistic strategies of the two countries in the context of the globalization of the digital environment. It concludes that language policy and the level of standardization significantly influence the development of professional vocabulary.
