Abstract

Ushbu maqolada atrof-muhit sifatini baholashda bioindikatsiya usulining nazariy va uslubiy asoslari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotda an’anaviy fizik-kimyoviy tahlil usullarining cheklanganligi hamda tirik organizmlarning (bioindikatorlarning) texnogen stress omillariga javob reaksiyalari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Bioindikatsiya uslubining afzalliklari, xususan, ifloslantiruvchi moddalarning tirik organizmlarga bo‘lgan kompleks va kümülyativ (to‘planuvchi) ta’sirini aniqlashdagi o‘rni ilmiy asoslab berilgan. Maqolada Uzbekistan GTL kabi yirik sanoat majmualari atrofida ekologik monitoringni tashkil etishda bioindikatorlarni tanlash mezonlari va turli biologik darajalarda (molekulyardan ekotizimgacha) kuzatiladigan o‘zgarishlarning informatsion qiymati yoritilgan.
