Abstract
Orolbo‘yi hududlari avtomobil yo‘llari uchun odatdagi quruq iqlim emas, balki sho‘rlangan gruntlar, sayoz minerallashgan yer osti suvlari bilan tavsiflanadigan murakkab muhandislik-geologik makondir. Mazkur maqolada loyihalashning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari amaldagi SHNQ 2.05.02-23 talablari, Mo‘ynoq tumani bo‘yicha NASA POWER 2001-2020 iqlim normallari, NASA earth Observatory masofadan zondlash materiallari, UNDP va World Bank hisobotlari hamda shimoli-g‘arbiy O‘zbekistondagi sho‘rlangan gruntlar bo‘yicha zamonaviy tadqiqotlar asosida tahlil qilindi [1-8]. Mo‘ynoq tumani bo‘yicha iqlimga oid adabiyotlarni tahlili iyuldagi ko‘p yillik o‘rtacha harorat 30.79 °C, yanvardagi o‘rtacha harorat -4.28 °C, yillik yog‘in taxminan 82 mm va 10 m balandlikdagi o‘rtacha shamol tezligi 4.33 m/s ekanini ko‘rsatadi [2]. Bunday sharoit bug‘lanishni kuchaytiradi, kapillyar ko‘tarilish va ikkilamchi sho‘rlanishni tezlashtiradi, shamol esa yo‘l poyi va qoplama chetlarida eol yotqiziqlar to‘planishini kuchaytiradi. Natijada yo‘l poyi balandligini yer osti suvlari rejimiga nisbatan oshirish, kapillyar uzuvchi va drenaj qatlamlarini qo‘llash, geosintetik ajratgichlar, qum ko‘chishini jilovlash va materiallarning sulfat-xlorid muhitga chidamliligini hisobga olish zarurligi asoslandi.
