Abstract
Ushbu maqolada ziravor va dorivor o‘simlik sifatida keng qo‘llaniladigan Zingiber officinale (imbir)ning farmakologik xususiyatlari, biologik faol moddalari hamda klinik amaliyotdagi qo‘llanilish jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Imbir ildizpoyasi tarkibida gingerol, shogaol, zingeron, efir moylari, flavonoidlar va antioksidant birikmalar mavjud bo‘lib, ular o‘simlikning yallig‘lanishga qarshi, antioksidant, antiemetik, kardioprotektiv va antidiabetik ta’sirlarini belgilaydi. Tadqiqotlar natijalariga ko‘ra, imbir preparatlari oshqozon-ichak tizimi kasalliklari, artrit, metabolik sindrom, homiladorlikdagi toksikoz va respirator infeksiyalarda yordamchi vosita sifatida samarali hisoblanadi. Maqolada imbirning ta’sir mexanizmlari, xavfsizlik profili hamda zamonaviy fitoterapiyadagi o‘rni ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Olingan ma’lumotlar imbirni farmatsevtik preparatlar ishlab chiqishda istiqbolli xomashyo sifatida baholash imkonini beradi.
