Abstract

Inson ichak mikroflorasi — gastrointestinal tizimda joylashgan murakkab mikrobial ekotizim bo‘lib, u tuzilishi va funktsiyasi orqali inson organizmning gomeostazini saqlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Ichak mikroflorasi enterositlar metabolizmi, immun tizimi faolligi, yallig‘lanish mediatorlari regulyatsiyasi va to‘qima himoyasi kabi jarayonlarda ishtirok etadi. Mikrobial disbalans yoki disbiyoz holatlari metabolik sindrom, immun yetishmovchiligi, o‘tkir va surunkali yallig‘lanish kasalliklari, shuningdek, ichak hamda ekstragastrointestinal patologiyalarda klinik oqibatlarga olib kelishi mumkin. Mazkur maqolada inson ichak mikroflorasi tuzilishi, uning gomeostazni tartibga soluvchi mexanizmlari, bakterial kolonizatsiya bilan bog‘liq fiziologik va patofiziologik jarayonlar keng qamrovda tahlil qilinadi.
