Abstract
Sport psixologiyasida bosim ostida samarali ishlash muhim mavzulardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada sportchilarda tashvish (anxiety) va motivatsiyani boshqarishning dolzarb muammolari ko'rib chiqiladi. Yerkes-Dodson qonuni asosida optimal arousal (hayajonlanish) darajasi, yengish usullari tahlil qilinadi. Dunyo tadqiqotlari (masalan, mindfulness, self-talk, attribution training) asosida psixologik aralashuvlarning samaradorligi baholanadi. Natijada, sportchilarning ruhiy chidamliligini oshirish uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi.
