Abstract
Ushbu maqolada korporativ ijtimoiy mas’uliyat (KIM) tushunchasi va uning zamonaviy biznes muhitidagi ahamiyati nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Keyin, xalqaro tajriba asosida yirik korporatsiyalar — The Coca‑Cola Company va Apple Inc. misollarida KIM amaliyotlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shundan so‘ng O‘zbekistonda KIMning hozirgi holati, asosiy muammolar va istiqbollar tahlil qilinadi. Maqolaning yakunida O‘zbekistondagi korxonalar va siyosatchilar uchun takliflar beriladi. Maqola tadqiqotlar, statistik ma’lumotlar va amaliy misollar asosida yaratilgan bo‘lib, KIMni strategik yondashuv sifatida tizimli rivojlantirishni maqsad qilgan.
