Abstract
Shambala (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) – xalqaro darajada dorivor va oziq-ovqat mahsuloti sifatida qadrlanadigan, leguminosa oilasiga mansub o‘simlikdir. Ushbu tadqiqot Buxoro viloyat sharoitida shambala o‘simligini yetishtirish imkoniyatlarini o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Maqolada o‘simlikning agro-ekologik sharoitga moslashuvi, urug‘likdan o‘sib chiqish tezligi, hosil va sifat ko‘rsatkichlari, shuningdek, uning dorivor va oziq-ovqat qiymati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, Buxoro viloyatining iqlim sharoiti shambala uchun qulay bo‘lib, o‘simlik yuqori hosil berish qobiliyatiga ega. Bundan tashqari, shambala tarkibidagi biofaol moddalar (alkaloidlar, flavonoidlar va saponinlar) uning dorivor va oziq-ovqat sohasida qo‘llanilishini asoslaydi. Ushbu ish shambala ekinini mahalliy agro-industrial tizimga joriy etish va uning iqtisodiy hamda sog‘liqni saqlash sohasidagi ahamiyatini oshirishga hissa qo‘shadi.
