Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ekologik muammo – oqova suvlarni mikroorganizmlardan tozalashda ultrabinafsha (UV) nurlanish texnologiyasining ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Adabiyotlar tahlilida UV dezinfeksiyasining samaradorligi, ekologik xavfsizligi va an’anaviy usullardan ustunliklari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. UV nurlanishi mikroorganizmlarning DNK tuzilmasiga ta’sir etib, ularning ko‘payish qobiliyatini yo‘qotadi. Munozarada texnologiyaning qo‘llanish shart-sharoitlari, iqtisodiy samaradorligi, texnik cheklovlari va O‘zbekiston sharoitida joriy etish istiqbollari yoritiladi. Grafik va formulalar asosida UV dozasi ortgani sari bakterial yuklamaning eksponentsial kamayishi isbotlangan. Xulosa tariqasida, ushbu texnologiyani mahalliy infratuzilmalarga moslashtirish va ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlashda samarali vosita sifatida baholash mumkin.
