Abstract
Ushbu maqolada insonparvarlashtirilgan (gumanistik) ta’lim sharoitida o‘qituvchining ijodiy potensialini rivojlantirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. O‘qituvchining shaxsiy yondashuvi, motivatsiyasi, kasbiy o‘sishi va pedagogik faoliyatdagi ijodiy yondashuvlar zamonaviy ta’limda qanday ahamiyatga ega ekani yoritib beriladi. Ta’lim jarayonida insonparvarlik tamoyillariga tayangan holda ijodiy salohiyatni shakllantirish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, ilg‘or xorijiy tajriba va milliy yondashuvlar asosida o‘qituvchining ijodiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish yo‘llari taklif etiladi.
