Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchilarning duch kelayotgan stress va xavotir holatlari, ularning sabab va oqibatlari hamda bu holatlarni kamaytirish bo‘yicha samarali usullar yoritilgan.
