Abstract

Ushbu maqola zamonaviy sharoitda maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarini xorijiy tajribaga asoslangan holda boshqarishning ahamiyatini tahlil qiladi. Xorijda qo‘llanilayotgan boshqaruv strategiyalari va innovatsion pedagogik metodlarning maktabgacha ta’lim tizimlarida qanday samarali natijalar keltirishi mumkinligi haqida so‘z yuritiladi. Maqolada Skandinaviyaning ta’lim tizimi, pedagogik innovatsiyalar, kadrlar malakasi va maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarining moslashuvchanligi kabi muhim masalalar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, xorijiy tajribalar orqali maktabgacha ta’limni takomillashtirish imkoniyatlari va bolalarning rivojlanishiga qo‘shadigan hissasi haqida xulosa qilinadi.
